- Fog dispensing is guaranteed only during livestream. If purchased while KiKi is offline, reach out next stream to dispense your fog.
- During long durations of fog dispensing, the fog machine will sometimes pause to pump and heat up more fog juice. This cannot be controlled and is part of the fog duration selected.
- There are no refunds available once fog is dispensed.
